Tell us your travel ideas
Share your dates, group size, places you would like to visit and approximate budget. You do not need to have a route worked out.
Receive your itinerary and quote
We prepare a proposal around your needs and explain what the price includes, so you can make an informed choice.
Agree on your itinerary
We refine the details together. When you are happy, review the quote expiry, services and cancellation terms, then accept the formal quote in writing.
Make your payment
After you accept the quote, we will provide FLIPWAY’s bank transfer details. Make full payment in New Zealand dollars as set out in the quote.
We arrange your bookings
Once we verify that the full payment has reached our bank account, we arrange the accommodation, transport and activities in your quote. We will discuss any changes with you first.
Receive confirmation and travel documents
When all required services are confirmed, we will send your formal booking confirmation, final itinerary and relevant vouchers.
After payment reaches us, we begin arranging the services in your quote. FLIPWAY sends formal booking confirmation and travel documents once all required services are confirmed. Receipt of payment alone does not confirm the whole booking.
